Part finish touch up or full refinish ?

This is on an alpine white poly finished strat body - would it need to be fully refinished to get it right or could it be touched up by a pro? And what might the latter cost?

Looks like somehow the prior owner got the trem rear to dig right in ....and then tippexed it!

It can't be seen with the floyd at present but I have an old non fine tuner floyd I'm looking to use and that's a lot shorter ....

    Might be better to have a shallow rear rout for the trem, matching white is an absolute nightmare

    You're unlikely to get an invisible touch-up on a white polyester finish in a very visible place like that.
