Should we have a naughty corner?

I always miss the excitement. So far to my knolwledge Holnrew has flounced, Fretwired has incured berties wrath and we are waiting for synthman to misbehave so can we have a section where all the dirt is dished so we all know at least half the facts

If it was based on the number of facepalms you've got I'd be there already. But as I said before, facepalms say more about the donor than they do about the recipient.

There is already a mechanism for flagging posts which break Rule #1, and the Mods have powers to put offenders behind the nut or where ever you go when you're off the Fretboard.

I was aware that bertie had got the hump with fretwired but haven't sussed why, but then he does admit to being on planet grumpyc*nt so I guess that's par for the course. Not sure what cause Holnrew's exit either. As for synthman, I don't particularly want him to misbehave, I'd rather he behaves hisself and learns to abide by Rule #1.

If you offend someone instead of washing the dirty linen in public I think the Mods should have the powers to offer arbitration & conciliation between the disputing parties in private and when all is settled, to allow none one or both parties back into the community.

Just two grown-ups dissagreeing and taking things way too seriously in most cases I reckon. Exciting it's not. When it gets to this, it's usually time to take a look out of a window at real life going on.

I don't think so ... berties OK. His has a mischievous sense of humour .. I'd like to think we can have some banter without getting down to personal insults so I don't think we need a Room 101 or a naughty step ... :-)
