Imgur no longer does 'direct' links to upload to forum.......help!

No idea where to post this question so........

Just tried to upload some photos to the forum using a 'direct' link Imgur and it seems they no longer do a direct link!  Is there now any way to upload photos to the forum from Imgur using any of the other 'sharing' options?

Working fine for me.

On a mac I just go to 'copy image address' and it gives me a link I can paste in.

That was copy link, post and refresh. Although if I look at it on the mobile site it’s just the link not the photo.

Ah, OK, many thanks for that.  I know that before you had to use a direct link or the photo wouldn't show in the post, just the link.  I saw the copy link button so will use that and fingers crossed!

Just tried it in the above post but it only provides the link in the post, not the photo.  Weird.

Nope, doesn't seem to be working.  Did exactly as you suggested.  Mind you, I'm using a PC, not a Mac.

If you look, your link doesn't have the .jpg extension whereas Octatonic's does...

I'm sorry I just don't understand.  Not sure how to remove the quotes and not sure how to see the .jpeg extension.

Right, got it!!!  I right clicked on the image and got the 'copy image address' option and it worked.

I can't find a way to do a direct from link in an iPad, on the Imjur app, there is a “share” option, but when pasted here it doesn't work, it just posts the link address, to post photos I have to use the Mac.....
