Hi Guys and Gals

Anyone interested in a 4x12?  This is a really excellent Marshall B cab from '76 with its 4 original T1551 G12M 55Hz speakers.  These really are as good as it gets.

The cab is in good condition although the back panel has seen better days in terms of the condition of the tolex.  Not great on the base of the cab either!!

The cab is all original other than a brand new set of Marshall castors.

I have been using the cab with several different heads and no matter what it's used with it sounds superb.  Hooked up to an old '72 Marshall PA20 it sounds out of this world.

These T1551 55Hz speakers are just incredible.....I have some 1975 G12H 75Hz speakers and they sound superb but for guitar the 55Hz models are much richer and less toppy.  The 75Hz speakers are really well suited to rock/hard rock but the 55Hz speakers are mellow and much more versatile.  Great for blues.

All the cones are marked 444 which are, apparently, Kurt Mueller cones whatever that means!!!  ;)

I'm really happy to trade a guitar for this cab......maybe a jap strat or tele?  Something like that.  Would also sticking some cash in for a '52 reissue tele as long as it's reasonably light.  Something along those lines.

Happy to sell the cab for £400.  When you look at the price of the reissue cabs, most of which are MDF, it's not a lot of money.  This cab is ply.  I'm more than happy to ship it but this may cost a few bob, haven't got a precise quote as yet but can do.  I'm in Cambridgeshire so if anyone wants to come and try it out or pick it up that's great.
