I have some cash (and a hole in my pedalboard) for a new delay. I have an eventide timefactor but i want something analogue to run alongside it.

I have been looking at the EQD Disaster transport JR or maybe the dispatch master.

Mainly want it for ambience/swells etc...

I know the dispatch master doesn't do it but potentially something that does self oscillation well.

What do people recommend? Budget a maximum of £150

IIRC the EQD pedals are digital. The best "experimental" delay I've owned for self oscillation is the Malekko 616. As demonstrated by everyones favourite pedal pimp.

Not sure mate. I got mine from evil bay for £60 delivered and its not been off my board since. Also doubles as an excellent analogue chorus / vibrato with the delay time rolled off. The switchable buffer is also brilliant.

Just had a quick scout on ebay and you can get them just from the US.

Have you had any experience buying from the states?

Yeah. Only with PGS but they were brilliant. I'm mulling over buying a couple of Mr Black pedals from them at the moment (Supermoon reverb and Tunnelworm through zero flanger). I would certainly buy with confidence

I'm a big fan of the Boss RE-20 Space Echo, they seem to hold their value though...just had a quick search on Ebay and 2nd hand prices are high.  Bought mine back at Music Radar for £120 a few years ago.

i think EQD is disaster jnr is perfetc...i'm assuming the one spot you have on your board will only be big enough for a single sized pedal...so not going to recommend bigger pedals.

the other ones i would recommend is the Subdecay echobox

I love that Andy played 'Dead Kennedys' on that demo... probably the first tune I made a ham fisted attempt at with my first analogue delay.
