NGD Fender CS 59 Telecaster Fiesta Red

So this is my first NGD post. This arrived yesterday... 

Just couldn’t resist it - my first 60s type Tele, and it’s really great! Thanks again to @guitars4you . The only change is an aged mint green pickguard which it just felt like it needed with the lovely aged fiesta red. Sounds amazing, and really different from a Blackguard!

Very nice Ben.  I can't recall the original guard (white?) but the mint looks great.  What are the pickups?

Yes the original guard was white. It looked nice but it is much better with the crazy parts aged mint one, which isn't too mint coloured like they can be. The pickups were handwound 58s, but I just put a set of Don Mares in it that really takes it to another level. Looking for another set of Don Mares now for another guitar.
