Stuck working from home.. which has made gas worse... 

But something was appealing about this. Not usually a fan of Gibsons, but I dunno.. its not bad! 

The factory set up etc is spot on. 

Huge neck on it (for me anyway), a single p90 and in general a simple guitar.

For those interested, its a 2019 Gibson Les Paul Jr in tobacco. 

Not bad actually.. given my usual dislike for the brand!
Figured I'm working from home for gawd knows how long, may as well have something new to play with..

Installed these devices that stab you in the finger should you attempt to move the dial from 10. 

They work great.

Nice guitar!....... that's a very distinctive dark stripe up the fingerboard!.....is it like that "in the room" or does the camera accentuate it?

Looks great! But those have rounded tips and can’t really stab you. You need the vintage style sharp-pointed ones for a proper stabbing!

I bought one of these last year. Played it solid for 5 months then once the honeymoon period was over went back to my Tele. Had popped it up on here on the off chance someone might be tempted but have since changed my mind. 
I probably pick it up 2-3 times a week and the Tele the rest of the time. Fine guitars, well made and nicely finished. Plays superb. Gibson can get it right when they try.
