So Bride of Boogie and myself managed to get away for a trip of a lifetime, luckily only a few weeks before all the coronavirus kicked off. We spent 6 weeks in January and February travelling around New Zealand; North Island with my bro and sis in law, South Island by ourselves. Then we dropped off at Hawaii on the way back home, figuring that we'd need a rest from all the constant travelling around NZ. Loved New Zealand...we had a brilliant time in a beautiful country, we both agreed that if we'd been younger we'd have considered emigrating over there.
Anyhoo, here's some of my shots from the trip, a bit of a mixed bag from North and South Islands, plus a couple form Hawaii ( we stayed on the North Shore area of Oahu, where all the big surf competitions are held). I'd debated whether to take my big DSLR and lenses but I'm rather glad I did.

I wish I could’ve got a better shot of the E type, but I had to run to the middle of the road and quickly grab a shot while avoiding the traffic. There’s actually a lot of old British, Jap and US motors on the road out there. They don’t salt their roads so they last much better than here.
so glad you got such a lovely holiday between you
love the donkey
