Exceptional job, the original frets were so low it wasn't a great deal of fun to play anymore. Now its effortless

Such a lovely looking guitar, nice amount of wear but still clean looking. Oly white from that period is so close to blonde with that yellowing clear coat.
100% the right thing to change the frets when they get past the minimum playable level. The notion espoused by some that the guitar is somehow less attractive with new frets is utter nonsense. 
I had my own '66 Tele refretted a year or so ago and it is a thing of pure pleasure.
