Our album release... Bandcamp Friday T-shirt & CD deal

So I started a thread here: https://www.thefretboard.co.uk/discussion/178908/coronavirus-album-release-strategy-first-review-in-yay#latest and everyone has been really positive and supportive. But I pretty much knew it should really be here. 

Our self-funded debut album gets its release in very strange circumstances but it's already picked up a nice review that pretty much tells you what it is. "Powerpop with a melancholy edge meets post-REM Americana' seems - very roughly - to be how people are describing it. 

Anyway, my friend made this no-budget lockdown promo for the first track. We like it, hope you do too.

You can get the album from https://borrowedbooks.bandcamp.com/album/shorting-out-and-longing from tomorrow and it gets a full cross-platform release a week later on the 7th.

Yeah, but still, WE'VE MADE THE CHARTS! Straight in at Number 10 with a bullet. That's higher than the brilliant STEVE-****ing-EARLE! And we're next to JASON-****ing-ISBELL!!! I've told the wife she can have that guitar-shaped swimming pool that I've always dreamed about. Champagne and coke all round, chums... it's the big time!

This has been the soundtrack to my afternoon. Particular highlight is "Gather" for me, but the whole thing hangs together very nicely indeed.
