The easiest to use is the Dynarette cushion - particularly when swapping around guitars. The cheaper Chinese variants do the job just as well However, my favourite and most stable is the US-produced Neck-Up (I have two of these in different sizes). I avoid the metal ones (e.g. Ergoplay and Gitano) as there is always the danger of scratching the guitar
For practising I just use a cheap general purpose height adjustable office stool on wheels - just lightly padded to give a firm solid base to the coccyx ("sitting bones")
