Some confusion on the bridge

I play it in C

So - do you go Ab  Fm to Eb7 - repeat 3 times then Ab Fm G7 final time

Or A F#M Bm E - repeat 3 times - then A F#m G# G

It goes down a major 3rd for the bridge. And it does a V-I cadence to return to the verse in G7 -> C. 

So Ab.
