Finger pick for hybrid

I'm looking for recomendations for a finger pick to use for Hybrid picking as in Tim Miller or Bret Garsed ...IV been using just my finger but looking for something with more attack ...not really wanting to grow a fingernail

Tommy Emmanuel uses just the calloused flesh of his fingertips with short nails. Alaska picks are worth trying though.

Thanks ..I didn't know that ...fingers feel good to use but sort of lack the attack iff they are short
