Indoor gig tomorrow!

First one back tomorrow. Venue holds 400 and is capped at 60........ Will be weird. Not sure what else to expect, but looking forward to playing, and even more catching up with friends (at a safe distance!).

Jealous. The bookings I had for doing live sound and backline are dropping like flies. Even my outdoor events. 5 months into this and I'm still having paid work cancelled because councils are risk averse and keep telling pubs to cancel events.

Yes it is! We were booked for the Vic, but moved to Level 3.

I’m in The Roughcut Rebels...just managed a couple of outdoor gigs, not sure if/ when we’ll be doing something indoors...hoping for The Consti in Chippenham in Oct

@markslade07 good thanks! About 45 people - we'd expected to be turning people away, as had Darren, so it looks like people are still reluctant to come out.

Things ran smoothly. Plenty of space, hand sanitiser everywhere, screens for bar, face asks for staff etc, and social distancing fairly easy to maintain. 

Great to actually play again and catch up with people I'd missed!

Great to hear it went well, shame about the numbers but as you say, it’s still early days yet so hopefully things will get better. Perhaps Boris’s announcement came a bit late too...if you’d played next week, maybe more ppl will have had chance to sort themselves out.

That being said, I’m really pleased things are hopefully moving forward, and that you had a great time....that’s what its all about!
