In fact i will post it here if i'm missing something ( I've had a few beers) the website only lets me order 1 pickup at a time .

    I've ordered

    Bridge A2 7.5

    Neck A5   7.5

I'm worried about the length of wire and pole spacings how do you know whats the bridge and whats the neck ? or are pick up wires just going to be one long length on whatever you order?
I've probably missed something on your site and having a doh ! moment =) ,but ive had a few beers , thats my excuse  :)

These aren't the same covers, these are from OX4 - '57 PAF cover clones. No copper layer between the electroplating and metal beneath, they'll be more transparent.

I like reading info like this, you and Ash (and others) who do a really good job to provide specialist info many of us wouldn't have access into.

  • Is there an A4 option for the neck/Rhythm position?
You say, atom bomb. I say, tin of corned beef.

Not yet, working on it right now.
We do have some gold screws that could be swapped in, and you could have an aftermarket cover fitted.

  • @Alegree when the 8.5k versions are available, do they have a tolerance that could stretch to 9k?

Looking forward to hearing what people think of these :) might have to try the bridge A5 8.5k one. The specs on paper seem similar to the Bare Knuckle Riff Raff which I've fancied trying in my SG for a while. Same wire, magnet, DC resistance etc so should be similar ish?

I was about to buy a SD Alnico Pro II, Would the A2 magnet and 8.5k wind get the same sort of compression and clarity?

Sorry chaps, I've discovered my supplier has made a mess of the order and has not supplied any 8.5k.
I'll get measuring the 8ks and see if I have any that are around the 8.5k mark, otherwise I'll have to chase them down for some additional ones.
