Anyone had any dealings with Music Tribe?

Was organising a return for repair on my bricked Ditto X4. All was going well with Andertons being their usual helpful selves, then I got a message saying that I should deal with TC directly via Music Tribe. 
I hate their MT website and have't had much response to queries there.
Anyone got some positive comments about them?
At this stage technically my deal is with Andertons so I can insist on them handling it but I don't feel like pissing off people who have been great in all my dealings with them.

    The musictribe site is a laughable car-crash of a website. You'll be hard pressed to find anyone with a positive opinion of it.
