Sadly passed away with Covid in march at 86. Incredible career of excellent funk/jazz/african music.Sax,organ, vibraphone & marimba player. Very influential but pobably not that well known in UK.

    Never heard of him...but I like this. A bit of everything here...jazz, reggae, afrobeat, funk. Reminds me of headhunters/manchild era herbie hancock

    I love the second part especially the subtle keys, percussive guitar & the way it gels together. It's hard to find anything unlikeable in his  vast repertoire.
