Wide but thin leather straps

I like the wide leather strap but don't care for the way they are adjusted

Is there a thin but wide glove leather strap that adjusts in the old fashioned way with slide buckle?

The straps by XLstraps.com that I have all have a slide buckle for adjustment. Not expensive either.
