Looks cool.  Interesting LP/offset blend body shape.  That beveled edge is something else.

 Love the walnut/cream with gold/silver knobs, looks a lot like my modified Tele.

The top 2 are some kind of EQ for the piezos. The others are a volume and tone shared by the regular pick ups and a volume for the piezos.
