Take a break.  I find my guitar playing Journey is like stairs.   I plateaux for ages then have a breakthrough and climb to thy next level.  My recent climb was how I hold my pick.  Transformed my picking ability after practice.

2 hours?  Spent 2 days trying to get a solo down with the other guitarist in the last band I was in, he fluffed every take!  He got thrown in a lake
