Alongside the Palisades and Cloven Hoof they are releasing these fellas soon! 

Looks quite tasty! 

Does anyone know anything about them - are they a PGS exclusive or anything like that?

The Afterneath is a reverb, The Arrow looks like a boost of some kind? The Cloven Hoof is now also a regular production model, but in Red paint, you can preorder it at CME.

The afterneath, like some of the Strymon sounds I've heard, sounds like it could easily be overdone - I get a bit miffed whenever I hear a shimmer model now, even though when I first discovered it it seemed amazing.  Same thing with that 80's chorus sound - really nice, but you get sick of it kinda quickly.

But it sounds like one HELL of a special effect for a clean, arpeggiated creepy intro or breakdown.
