Audiostorm HotBox attenuators?

Tadragh1Tadragh1 Frets: 70
I've been searching for an attenuator recently and this came up:

I've seen the unfavourable reviews for one of their lower models on this forum years ago, but this device seems to be quite different. Three ways of attenuation to choose from: 2 inductive and 1 resistive. Seems like a win. Any experiences?

Construction is a bit 'kitchen table' but then not a bad price if it really will handle 125 watts. I think they missed a trick though in not providing a headphone/recording output?

I’ve got their 60w version and it does what it says on the tin.

  • I mostly need it to knock a few dB off my Deluxe Reverb Reissue head and be able to hook up two 8 Ohm cabs at the same time.

Did you get one of these in the end? I’ve come across them searching for a 4ohm attenuator. Thoughts if you did?
