All i know is, I know nothing!
Do we know how many episodes left? Im guessing 2. But 3 would bring the decades thing up to present day. And its got to finish before Winter Soldier starts probably.
Loving it. Especially the bit where everyone thinks they know what everything means. Ha! Fauvreau about to make some fools...

  • Wanda Vision, Wanda Wanda Vision (repeat).

To the tune of "to me, to you" (the brothers C...)

    A truly evil earworm.

  • This is a very dark show that is going to end heartbreakingly sadly, I am not watching the finale with anyone in the room, I spent three hours blubbing through sodding Endgame.

"I love you 3000...." blub, blub blub etc...

preceded by "Mr Stark.. I don't feel so good.."   blub blub... etc
    "On your left"

That film was fucking brilliant, it really, really was, so was Infinity War.

What surprised me with Endgame was how quickly I got a "wet eye", just as Hawkeye is looking for his family.  By the time Tony died I was a mess and then they had that funeral scene.

This youtube clip just made me well up at work.

I may have emotional problems, sorry.

nah, you're just invested.. sign of good content
The line that got me in Endgame was Pepper Potts telling Tony "You can rest now" :bawling:

It's such a blatant reference, repeated, I think it must be quite a meaningful one in the bigger story arc.

Its hard to ignore both Quicksilver actors were in the first kick ass film.   Or that rhe kick ass comics are technically a Marvel property

Was it a reference to the real world where kick ass is a film, or the kick ass world from those comics.   Note that Evan Peters was recast between kickass films.

Will the franchise crossing of last weeks episode seem minor in comparison to the multiverse stuff that's to come??

Have you spotted that Westview is actually Hill Valley?

I'm still not certain what I thought of yesterdays episode. EVERYTHING was turned up to the max. I felt like I was trying to make sense of it through some massive hangover fever. Very strange and I simply didn't enjoy it. I'll give it another watch later.

Haha! Same set that they used in Gremlins though.
I blitzed through WandaVision today and it went from WHAT? to WHOA! I really wasn't sure what was going on in the first two episodes but it all makes sense (sort of) mid series.
I love the unique title sequences, they are brilliantly done and really evoke the times.

A perfect ending for him, maybe the guilt, maybe the feeling he knew he was needed, but Tony couldn't stop... he WAS Iron Man - and this film didn't win an Oscar for best picture!
We have to be so very careful, what we believe in...

  • Can you watch it as a stand-alone series without previous knowledge?

I was a big marvel fan  , hulk ,Spider-Man ,Thor ,fantastic four ,daredevil, punisher , etc but there got to be so much of it on film and telly I got lost  and have not bothered much with it since .

    I don’t think you could.

I’m quite new to the MCU. We signed up to Disney+ and watched the films over a few months (something to do in lockdown), and it’s characters and references from those films (and it seems a load of stuff from the comics that I have no real knowledge off).

It’d be a weird experience to watch this without having seen the Avengers movies.
