9.5” radius, flat bottom, slotted.

43.48mm x 5.79mm x 3.18mm.  35.56mm string spread.
Cost me £16.99 from JP Guitars in Bristol.

Made of cow bone.  Ermintrude, I believe.  A  North Somerset cow who lives a long and happy live on an organic farm in Somerset.  In fact, I’m given to understand she’s still alive, having given only one leg to the manufacture of guitar nuts.  She stands happily in the corner of her field, leaning on a gate post, munching grass, and only topples over when she’s attached to the milking machine. 

She is possibly owned by the estate of Jimi Hendrix, and her bones almost certainly make superior guitar nuts.

Is the 35.56mm measurement outside or inside E to E measurement?

Thanks. Is your neck width 43.48? Seems quite wide for a Strat no?

Hi @lovestrat74.  I have three strats and the neck widths for each are 42mm, 42mm and 43mm.  The bone nut has never been fitted.  Whoever fits this may have 0.24mm or so to file off each side to make a perfect snug fit, for sure. But that is not unusual.
