RFT, East German factory responsible for producing Siemens, Telefunken and own branded valves. RFT labelled ones are generally cheaper as the other brands are more desirable but they all came out the same factory as far as I'm aware.
Somebody will probably correct me on this but that's my understanding.
The company full name was Radio-Funk-Technik - Kombinat the Kombinat denotes it was state owned (East Germany)
I found the following list for branded examples this is EL34's only. Everyone started using / marketing them in the late 70's when Mullard / Phillips dropped out of the market. They are very good valves in terms of manufacture quality / life and sound, IMHO they are as good as the later XF3 and 4 coded Mullards. (1973 on)
