Has anyone got a copy of Vol 1 of Steve Kaufman's 20 Bluegrass Solos (that every parking lot picker should know) they'd be willing to sell?

Seems to be quite difficult to find physical copy, I could download a PDF from Homespun but would rather have a physical copy - go on, treat yourself to some new books :-)
