Noise Reduction Help (RX Gurus?)

I'm trying to clean up some old recordings for a friend (piano and voice). They're not fantastic quality but ok given their age, however there are one or two moments where there is a nasty blast of noise, e.g.

I have RX Advanced and it has done a fairly good job on the overall noise reduction however I've struggled with these longish blasts (several seconds). I have tried to make a variety of selections but either go overboard and what remains is very thin, or don't do enough and the noise remains very obvious.

I'd be very grateful for any suggestions as to how I might be able to remove (or at least greatly attenuate) the noise whilst retaining as much of the voice/piano as possible.
