I've read that the Stanford, and later Stonebridge, brands were an anglicised brand name chosen by Furch because it's actually pronounced "furk" and that, apparently, sounds like f**k. Needless to say anglophones tend to pronounce Furch to rhyme with "church" and so they needn't have bothered and seem to have reverted to their proper name for UK and US sales.
(They did however decide that as they'd simplified the branding, they could Furch things up again by introducing a torturous model hierarchy based mostly on colour names but with three "vintage" series and some that are just numbers. Seriously, check out the https://furchguitars.com/us/guitar-name-decoder/ !!!)
Still, I digress. Somewhere in the back of my mind there was a German connection with Stanford guitars and that seems to be bourne out by your link.
All a bit vague so sorry about that. Certainly at the price, I'd expect them to be very good. If they're made by Eastman, that's exactly what I'd expect. (I've just bought an Eastman acoustic and it's very well made.)

That certainly helped, thank you!
The news section links to Facebook, which does have clips and pictures of the electrics but almost no information about woods used, components, finish, manufacture etc. which strikes me as odd.
Very much selling to the continental European market and based in Germany by the look of things.
I've been tempted by a rather nice looking 330-alike on Facebook Marketplace, but no idea if they're any better value than your standard Epi Casino...

I'm not sure if the new ones are made in the same factory but the QC of mine is a mark above my Epiphones, maybe about the same as my Eastman.

Their semis look to be a genuine alternative to Eastman; nitro finish and all!
The CR Marquee looks like a very interesting modern take on the LP design with some genuine innovations, not least ify all the weight!
