WTB: something electric for a learner neighbour, under £300.

Hi folks, 

I have a neighbour who is wants to get herself an electric guitar.

Squier, PRS SE, Epiphone type thing.
Condition matters, will obv need to be shipped.
She is a student so doesn't have endless funds- under £300 ideally.
Nothing shreddy though please.

There are photos on my recent Fs thread but it’s in great nick and a very nice guitar.

@octatonic I've got a Yamaha Pacifica 112V almost new, it's 3 months old. I changed the nut for a TUSQ XL, string tree also from Graphtech, locking tuners, Wilkinson Tremolo bridge with a huge block. Also changed the pickguard for a green mint.
