WandaVision Finale - no spoliers

Had some time to kill this morning so watched the finale.  Most excellent !  However ....

There is now a real Vision II around isn't there ? Where'd he go ?

And .... who was the character at the end - I don't recall a back story about her in the Marvel stuff I've seen ?

I watched this over breakfast. Loved it, even got a wee wobble at one point which is ridiculous; a grown man get emotional at 9am about some comic book nonsense.
They've played a blinder with this show and it's got me back in to the MCU which I had gotten so bored with.

Not directly referenced but I believe she is a Skrull - the species who befriended Maria Rambeau in Captain Marvel after she saved them from the dickhead Krees

I watched the finale today.  The season started slow got really good in the middle but has tailed off the last two weeks for me.
