Run Battery Eliminator from Pedal Power supply

Is there a way that I could run something like this https://www.amazon.co.uk/AAA-Battery-Eliminator-Power-Pack/dp/B01M8QYEJ3
from my pedal board power supply? 

It's to power an iRig Blue Turn (a page turner controller to move through pages of tabs on my  iPad) that I'm forever forgetting to turn off. The Blue Turn takes 2 x AAA batteries

The mains powered device in the link will do what I need but if I could power from the pedal power supply it's neater

Have a look at how it uses the batteries, if they go opposite one another in polarity then it's using them is series so running on 3V . So you need to drop the 9V from your pedal board down to 3V

I would drop the 9V from your pedal board to 3V using a little DC to DC convertor and connect that to the Page turner. 

You can get small modules with a wide input voltage capability and adjustable output which you can set to 3V then connect the output of that to the Page turners battery terminals  ... make sure you get the polarity right, remembering pedal board power supplies are centre neg

Have you got a link to the modules you referred to? I'm not even sure what to put in Google!

Here's a typical one, you set the output to 3V before connecting it to your page turner.

If the current draw of the page turner is very very low then you could use a simple linear regulator like this

@danny1969. Thanks again; got a similar unit from Amazon, cannibalised a spare power plug and after a bit of fiddling got it to deliver 3V. Just need to properly fit the cables into the pedal and rig an enclosure.
