The timing, and tuning, in that clip is pretty ropey but I'm guessing the intention was a 4/4 classic rock riff.

Yeah, there's an extra note on the lead-in bit but that would complicate things if you just want the gist of the riff.

...and another take on it. Mine starts on the first beat of the bar, but there's a good chance it should start on the 3rd beat of the bar.
