Ruokangas VSOP Classic - a masterbuilt, handmade Stratocaster Every so often, I get a hankering for a Fender Strat with a rosewood board.  This is a fantastic genuinely masterbuilt Strat. This one was made by master luthier Jyrki Kostamo, who joined Ruokangas in 2000.  Juha Ruokangas says of Jyrki, “He is a good friend, and my main man at the shop - couldn’t do without him. Jyrki is among the most experienced luthiers of our country, and one of the early ones with Master's Degree.” Old Red on an Alder body, 3 Ruokangas VS Blues single coils, 3,6kg Amazing condition with no significant dents, dinks, scrapes or marks that I can see. Specifications are: Maple Neck, Maple board, 12” radius, bone nut, dot inlays, ‘Fast C’-Neck profile, 42mm nut width, 21 frets, 25.5″ Scale 3 Ruokangas VS Blues Singlecoils Wilkinson Tremolo Bridge (brand new replacement in 2020) 5-Way Blade Switch, 1x Volume, 1x Tone Control, 1x Blend Controls (versatile Emerson Custom ST Blend-Set new replacement, enabling the bridge pickup to be blended in with the neck and middle pickup £1899: new they are up to €5,100

A genuinely masterbuilt Stratocaster, for a fraction of the price of a Fender.  And much better.

My Ruokangas Mojo tele was probably the best guitar I have ever played ;made a terrible mistake selling it to @bermudianbrit ,gentleman that he is  .I know he loves it too.
