Lovely amp. Very nice condition. I have an early grey panel one myself with the slightly thinner covering material and no corner covers ( prob 63). They are unique amps as far as I am concerned. I got mine in the 90s from Mansons. It was £375 then. How times have changed. Enjoy yours it looks lovely.

Just kidding, it was nice, speakers were a bit bass light compared to blues in an AC30 though.

It will probably sound a lot better with the Celestions - I would definitely leave them in. Elacs sound raspy and 'papery' when pushed in my experience.

... and they can also catch fire! Really. A flimsy paper voice coil former wrapped in thin wire with an optimistic power rating is not a good combination.
