April 1971 as pointed out by Shrews earlier in the thread.  

I'm curious as to what the point of this shoot was - everything was "Mini" back then, so it could have been a fashion advert.  OTOH the car has a white roof and could be a 998 Cooper, so maybe it's a car advert with a caption such as "Designed for Action" or possibly something more sexist...

British Leyland began 1968. J suffix = 1970. The bonnet badge and grille surrounds are wrong for Austin, Morris, Riley or Wolseley.

I cannot remember when wing mirrors were phased out and door mirrors became the norm.
