Long pickup screws - what do I need?

I need longer humbucker mounting screws as current ones dont drop the pickup low enough from the strings.

It looks like current ones are 25mm long and about 2.4mm in diameter. Would that make them #3-48 screws? Wheres good to get them from?

You'll find it difficult to get them longer than one inch.

It's very unusual to need them longer. What guitar is it, pickup rings or pickguard mount?

Its a long leg PRS humbucker Ive put in a JTV59 neck posn - it has pickup rings. I only need to drop another 1mm or so, might see if I can sand of a bit of the pickup ring base, or tweak the leg up slightly. But I think there might be a 30mm (1 1/4") screw that might work.

Yeah, you sometimes need 1 1/4" for long leg pickups.

Well. I always assumed the AllParts screws were 1" long. 

Every day a school day
