  Actually some places still had them about £999 new or less a year or two ago I think it’s a little overpriced . In fact Anderson’s has one listed as pre order with more stock due for £1049 
so it’s a big no from me and my Les Paul savings stay untouched .

It's a bone idle way of saying "I can't be arsed putting any effort into my ad and you need to do your own homework if want to know anything about the item" but also, as you say, a way of making the reader feel flattered and that the item is something truly special.

"You've found your way to my hallowed listing, so you really must know your stuff".

That HS configuration is "hard to come and almost exclusive to this model".  Where's my credit card?

I know , “hard to come “ lol  his wording in the listing and general dumbness would put me off buying it. I bought a slime green So Cal once it arrived in a bin bag wrapped in brown paper , unharmed but still
