For sale is an old Celestion vintage 30 8ohm speaker in excellent working condition. The date code indicates 2nd Nov 1996 so it is most likely UK made but can't be 100% sure. As you can imagine this speaker is well broken in and has been residing in my Bogner Shiva until recently when it was changed out for an equally old 16 ohm version. If you've never heard an old broken in vintage 30 think woody warm but cutting tone, like a Celestion blue but with a more controlled top end and tighter bass. Nothing like a new one (unless you put hundreds of hours on it). Some dust on the cone but in perfect working order with no rips or damage. Collection preferred and will only ship to UK.
