Concern that Audacity is now spyware.

You might want to search www for this issue. There is concern that Audacity editing software will now collect information from users IT systems following its purchase by Muse Group in May. Here's a piece from the Indie.

I've used Audacity for some time to edit .wav files and it's good. There are other alternatives such as Wavosaur but Audacity is better I think so it's all a bit of a shame.

Have just deleted Audacity from my PC.
