I'm intrigued by the Nazi art part of the story. I'm assuming they meant art stolen by the Nazis but maybe they were after some of the fuhrer's originals (better than you might think).

Worst reporting in history. Locals knew the guy had a tank as he used to drive it around. In a bad winter 30 years ago he used the tand to pull cars out of the snow - he was filmed and photographed.
