Burgundy 2020 Gibson SG Special for sale.   SG sold

Fantastic playing and sounding SG, really comfortable neck.
Few swirls and pick marks to the pick guard and pick ups, other than that it is in excellent condition. No dings to the body or neck. Case, multitool and paperwork are all in the case. The guitar was set up by a local tech back in January when I brought it from Richtone back in January. These have the vintage wiring.

£980.00 shipped in UK or £950.00 collected (covid restrictions pending). Payment by bank transfer or cash please.
I will consider close offers, but no trades for the now.

2006 made in Japan Epiphone Les Paul Special

Sold.

I brought this guitar from Whitstable Guitars. It comes with a Thomann hard case.
The build quality of the guitar is excellent, the binding is better than the SG.
There are marks and dings to the body, mainly edges. I think it looks good, more patina than abuse. The frets are in great nick and the neck is very comfortable. It is on the small side on the first three frets and tapers thicker towards the cutaway, not for you if you like the bigger necks. IMO, the neck is between a Strat modern c and an SG neck.
Rob supplied the guitar well packaged and set up. I thought the pick ups on the guitar were a bit thin. A local tech has given the guitar a set up, put on 11-52 strings and changed the pick ups to bare knuckle blue note set. They are vintage voiced. I have the pick ups that was in the guitar. I have no idea if they are the original ones, but are included in the sale.
I have both receipts to confirm.
IMO, this guitar sounds better than the SG.
Both guitars are on reverb for a little more for fees etc.
Thanks for looking.

Yeah, I agree.  I've also got a couple of Juniors from the same range and I think they were fantastic value for money (I got them quite a few years ago), the only thing I don't like is the skinny necks - they're not really thin "modern" necks, they feel quite vintage, just too shallow especially at the nut end.

    Absolutely mate.
My fat digits get cramped there but still playable though.
From about the 5th fret to the body is fine though.
As you say, everything else is spot on.
