FS/FT: Fender American Standard Precision Sunburst SOLD

2013 American Standard Precision in 3-Tone sunburst. All stock and in perfect condition with original TSL case, strap(s), cloth and paperwork etc. Weighs 9.2lbs on the kitchen scales.

I’ve not long had this bass and It does sound and play great (the satin finished neck is lovely) but I think I’m after something with a slightly slimmer neck and rosewood board. 

Trades: 

Rosewood board Jazz bass (ideally a US or Road Worn) 

Gibson Thunderbird (Reverse or Non-reverse).

JMJ Mustang bass or similar short scale 

Fender ‘72 Telecaster Custom/70’s Original

Gibson Les Paul/SG Junior

Fender Champ or other small Fender styled combo.

The bass is located on the Isle of Wight but I can meet in Southampton or Portsmouth for collection. Could also ship if buyer wants to arrange a courier.

2011 Gibson SG Bass in worn Cherry. Excellent condition with upgraded hipshot bridge (Original included in the case). 

Ideally looking to sell but would trade for a Flea Jazz bass or road worn Telecaster.

Nice modern P Bass. Even the "corned beef" pickguard looks decent. The inevitable Fretboard question is, how much does it weigh?

How much too deep/wide do you find the P Bass neck?

Yeah it’s a lovely bass alright. I just find the board a little too wide and I’m getting pains in my fretting hand I’ve not had before. I don’t remember having that problem with my old Epiphone Thunderbird and my short scale basses are very comfortable. 

Not sure on weight but it felt shockingly light when I received it. I’ll weigh it tomorrow and include it in the advert. (Make it 9.2lbs so not overly light but lighter than I expected).

No I’ve not tried a dimension bass. They any good?
