WTB 70’s Les Paul Custom

Having recently been scammed on ebay (see my post in general guitars) I thought I’d try my luck here. I’m after an early 70’s Les Paul Custom, preferably in white but possibly black. If you have a modern white one that doesn’t have a richshite fretboard I’d be interested in that as well).

I have a reasonably decent budget but I’m not looking for a beater, as it’s my grail guitar. Happy to travel/pay postage etc etc. Extra props if it hasn’t had a refret, but it’s def not a deal breaker.

Just had a look! Very expensive indeed, I’d get a 68 for that price. Looks nice but out of my price range

What about this one. I know its not the colour you want in its factory red, but its a real head turner and a fantastic guitar. Serial number dates it between 1971 and 1974 but I've used the pot codes which say 74. A real beauty. £5200 ovno.

Thanks, I actually found that and am very tempted. He seems a really nice dude (the seller) and the price seems about right. There have been some 68 reissues in white which I’d be interested in as well if anyone has one

Nice but a little hot for me, and I’m definitely after a white or bb, as I have a nice 74 reissue in wine red.
