A humbucker T type bridge plate but with the bit at the back still an ashtray rather than flat ?

the picture seems to be a normal ashtray bridge that's been sliced at the edges and flattened out... so that may be a good way to go

vibramate do a couple of wider humbucker tele  bridge options with ashtray sides, meant for a bigsby though, so have cutouts on the rear edge

Is that not a Tele bridge that has had a humbucker hole cut into it, the lip cut and then hammered down flat to account for the adjusting screws?

Shergold guitars Masquerader uses that. Well, a less homemade version of that. No idea if you can buy that specific part though.

The outer edges of the elevator lugs of any regular humbucker sit further apart than the sides of a vintage-style T bridge. Hence, it is necessary to have a wider baseplate to cover the enlarged pickup cavity. These tend to be of the modern, machined-from-solid persuasion.

This is what I would do - not least because I already have the parts to hand.

I would suggest you use a Wilkinson Tele half-bridge and then a separate mounting for the humbucker. Here's how I have a P90 set up on my Tele with the Wilkinson bridge (also has compensated saddles as an added benefit).
