Does anyone know of software that can design fretboard diagrams for plotting scales etc. ?

Thanks octatonic and mrkb!  I just bought the program and after about an hour of watching the instruction video and tinkering around I managed to add a lapsteel tuning to the library and print out a Cm Blues scale for it.
