Are you meaning the ones that were released from Suhr at the beginning of the year with the limited edition facia?

There are 2 PTs, the old and the new. Irrc, the old was CAA and the new is Suhr, currently only a limited edition if I'm right.

From what I've read, the new is re-voiced and has midi.

The new does the SL68 sound.

3 channels, midi switching - I've always fancied one of the pt amps and now I'm very tempted but I daren't check out the prices!

Hi! My 1st post here, cool forum you guys have! 

the new Suhr PT100SE, besides now having MIDI, has also been revoiced- numerous changes to the preamp (all channels), lower filtering, a different output transformer, and a new switchable MOSFET boost that is useable on all channels. The amp is IMHO the best channel switcher on earth, it does the american clean/british drive thing SO well. The CAA version was no slouch, a fantastic amp. We just spent a few years refining and modding, and the new amp is the result. 

Although the PT100SE is a limited model, the amp will definitely live on- stay tuned for news Thanks guys!

I was looking at a used CAA pt100 but it didn't have the loop mod so and I use the 3 big Strymons. I'd heard there was a few issues with the TL and BS in the loop so I would've needed a minimix too. 

Anyways it's sold now but thanks for the info Pete, welcome aboard sir!
