....it's obviously time to make it a little different. I didn't have time to build one, although I'd prefer that, so I measured the desired pedals and it turns out that a PT Metro 20 was just the ticket. I'm just bored of black, so....



Halfords enamel rattle cans for the win. That's just one coat of primer, a key coat and a full coat. Bloody marvellous stuff.

It's going to get some glow-in-the-dark stripes tomorrow, and then a few lacquer coats to protect it.

I'm pretty impressed with the quality of the finish so far, though. Enamel's just so much easier to work with than standard rattle cans, no runs, no dull spots, just a nice shiny finish. Even the wife didn't believe that it didn't come from the factory like that.
