Transforming the Semi Tele thing

Well, seeing as I got the square root of sod all interest in the Semi Acoustic Tele I had for sale, I decided to give it a change around.
I spotted a humbucker sized Mojotron on eBay and snapped that up, along with a cream Pearl pickguard, Merl Haggard style…
Its quite a transformation…

As was… interesting but lacking something.

So behold…

It’s brought the purple colour out much more and the tone of that neck pickup is gorgeous. So much so, I’ve withdrawn it from sale… although I think the neck is too big for my delicate little hands.

Its come a long way from the body I got from @DrBob ;

That’s the pickguard I was going to stick on it, looks phenomenal Tim ! And Filtetrons in the neck position of a Tele are a favourite

I remember seeing the body for sale a while ago eying it up and had no idea it was built up and for sale again! 

Looks amazing with the white pick guard and never played a Tele with a filtertron but I imagine it sounds decent too
