Pizza oven?

I was out of DD's and come across a brand-new Pizza oven. Now that's something you don't expect to see in a Tonewood supplier's workshop. However all become clear after having a conversation with David, he has purchased the oven so he can bake his own wood, instead of having to send it to Spain to be baked.

Haha.... I don't think I can use my little ooni pizza oven for this.

Interestingly does the pizza oven automatically inject the steam as well as I was under the impression that for torrefaction it was a combination of heat and steam injection although roasting Maple may be a totally different recipe. 

Fortunately now being in Spain I am twice blessed for astounding wood suppliers some who roast and some who just go El Naturel
