Hi,
I need a voltmeter for biasing my Egnater Renegade. The guide says the voltmeter needs to be capable of measuring in the 100 to 200 millivolts DC range. Sadly, though, I've no idea what the spec means on the Amazon listings so I don't know which one is suitable.
Can anybody advise? I don't know if they sometimes ship without test leads (or whatever they are) but I need those too.
Thanks.

That will be fine for bias measurement but pay a bit more if you can. A capacitance range can be useful.
Also buy or make up some insulated croc to croc leads, about 18" long.
